Will it work for you? How the Hell should I know! But it works for me :))) BUY Your favorite, gooiest jelly doughnuts. Mine usually come from Dunkin' Donuts. EAT one or two first thing in the morning with TWO large glasses of water. Do this ONLY on the day you decide you want to lose a few pounds. DRINK a LOT of water all day. (That's a good idea no matter what diet you're on.) If you're like me, you'll have little appetite the rest of the day and will LOSE WEIGHT within a day or two of the time you do this.
